A serial entrepreneur, Tysheira is affectionately called "The Twenty-Something Whisperer." Before beginning her career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she started her own business strategy and personal development coaching called Leave Inspired,LLC. Her goal has always been to provide clarity, build confidence, and help Black women execute consistently on their goals. She’s found that if young adult women had the tools and strategies needed to improve their personal and professional life, they were prone to feeling less confused and unmotivated to reach their goals. Providing daily inspiration while creating her businesses, Tysheira created a merchandise brand for Black women who needed a cute reminder of the importance of achieving their goals. The merchandise brand, Black Girl Goals and Things, has an online store that is filled with t-shirts, crewnecks, mugs, totes, and journals. With twenty-somethings at the center of her heart, Tysheira self-published her first book in 2022 titled, “For the Unguided Twenty Something Year-Olds: Advice, Lessons Learned, and Inspiration.” There are so many changes that occurs in a young adult life when they are emerging into adulthood. This book serves as the ultimate guide to help any twenty-something year old navigate the 20s.
In 2022, Tysheira became the founder and executive director of a grassroots 501 (c) (3) non-profit in Philadelphia called Finding My Way Foundation. Continuing her life’s purpose of leading young adults, the non-profit serves individuals ages 17-25 years old who identify as a minority. They provide young adults life skills, educational tools, and community resources. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Tysheira’s goal is to provide a safe space for individuals that struggles with life transitions, chronic health conditions, women’s issues, depression, and anxiety. In 2023, Tysheira started her own private practice, Redefine Lives, where she provides therapy to individuals ages 18-40 years old.
Tysheira holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Eastern University as well as a Masters of Social Work from Temple University.
